Brand Introduction

iGAO Packaging was founded in Guangzhou in 1989. For 35 years, we were focused on the manufacturing of "pump" products, adhered to the brand concept of "smart technology, green environmental protection, aesthetics first, and unique creativity", deeply explored customer needs, and specialized in beauty industry packaging. We are a "global one-stop daily chemical packaging brand" integrating "sales, production and research".

At the beginning of the exhibition, iGAO Packaging accepted the honourary title of "28th CBE Excellent Supplier" awarded by CBE.

With 35 years of high-quality pump manufacturing advantages, as a national high-tech and Guangdong Province "specialized and new" enterprise, we have injected new potential in line with the "green environmental protection" theme of the 28th Beauty Expo, which has attracted the favour of domestic and foreign guests.

iGAO Packaging's "foam pumps, airless pumps, lotion pumps, oil pumps, fine mist pumps, cream jars, plastic bottles" and other star products show the "green future" and inject new power into the global beauty industry's full ecological service.

iGAO Packaging has been popular in worldwide for 35 years. Our key capabilities are:

1. Product Design:

With a R&D team of more than 20 people, we focus on daily chemical packaging technology, explore diversified product applications, integrate product design, structural design, mold design and manufacturing capabilities, develop creative products, pursue functional innovation, pay attention to convenience, health, environmental protection, and fashion design directions, and meet customers' personalized and customized needs.

2. Mould Optimization:

With a mould team of more than 30 people, we are good at designing and manufacturing multi-cavity molds for pumps. We use hot runner technology to match the automated production system and apply advanced molding equipment to effectively ensure the precision and reliability of the mold. The technical level can achieve a product filling balance value of >98%, a mold tolerance of <0.01mm, and a key dimension of the molded product of <0.03mm.

3. Equipment Development:

We have a 10+ person equipment team, equipped with 120 sets of all-electric injection molding machines + robots with excellent performance indicators. Based on the structural characteristics of our own products, we independently develop and manufacture 22 personalized and automated assembly production lines, with a total of 280+ assembly and testing equipment. Our stable and reliable production equipment effectively guarantees the high quality of our products.

4. Intelligent Management:

Promote the integration of informatization and industrialization, introduce the Kingdee ERP management system, covering sales management, R&D management, supply chain management, production and manufacturing management, warehousing management, etc., promote online dynamic control of the entire production process, promote collaborative management of all aspects of manufacturing, and realize flexible production that integrates digitalization, automation and intelligence in production and operation.

5. Material Application:

Promote energy conservation, emission reduction and clean production technology applications, promote the application of new energy, adopt environmentally friendly new materials, new processes and new technologies to reduce new energy consumption, vigorously develop and promote recyclable, recoverable and degradable alternative new materials and technologies, launch all-plastic pumps and recycled material products, and achieve coordinated development of economic, environmental and social benefits.
